Therefore BeAligned uses a customer satisfaction survey for each project to constantly improve ourselves. In 2007 BeAligned acquired the Qfor customer satisfaction label. Qfor is a European accreditation for consultancy firms and training institutes (www.qfor.org). Through an independent audit, our customers were asked about the performance of BeAligned.
