Founding Partners
Bruno D'Hulster is a senior programme manager and consultant. He has built up an intimate knowledge in the area of Information Technology and Management Consultancy. He worked with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and EDS as a consultant, a programme/project manager and service manager at large and medium companies in different sectors (industry, public, and banking) on the Belgian market and on international assignments.
Christophe Vandecaveye has built up impressive project & programme management expertise, including the strategic, people, process and system dimensions. His process experience covers all front-office and back-office areas while on system level, he has implemented various CRM, ERP & .NET systems. Christophe has worked in multicultural environments (assignments in different countries with international teams, including on-shore / off-shore development) and has also gained significant experience with business development work and people management.
Frank Stevens is a senior consultant, auditor and trainer. He is active in the areas of service management, project management and IT governance. As a consultant and auditor, Frank has implemented projects for various organizations in Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. As a trainer Frank has given courses for various organizations in Europe, Asia, US and Canada. In addition, he is a guest teacher for the postgraduate programme of the University of Antwerp Management School (UAMS).
Partners
Wouter Neirinck has built a significant experience in project, service and information management consulting during the past 15 years. Starting his career at Barco, Wouter became active in the service and consulting industry at The Reference, and has since served customers throughout Europe in banking, industry, telecom and the public sector. He has previously been active as founder, manager or board member for several successful consulting companies. Wouter joined BeAligned Belgium as partner through the merger of Khufu in January 2010.
Niels Schoon has a proven track record in project- and information management during the past 20 years. He started his career as a Master Scheduler and has explored the alignment of business and IT during the implementation of an ERP application. Since then he has ´walked the walk and talked the talk´ of Business and ICT alignment in several European project management and IT line management roles in logistic, manufacturing and real estate environments. Niels joined BeAligned as partner / country manager for BeAligned Nederland BV in 2011.
